This data is used to ensure we can contact you and to ensure your experience with Ozone is a good one. Any data you provide is stored in our booking system, provided by ROLLER (please refer to Roller GDPR statements for more details, click here). This data is stored encrypted on password protected stores. Emails are stored on our email providers service platform, with strong encryption and encrypted backup procedures.
We may from time to time issue surveys on facebook, Instagram, in park or on our website, but you do not have to respond to them and you also have the option to OPT IN before receiving ANY marketing information. No marketing emails will be sent to you if you have not opted in to this service. This data would be used solely for customer feedback and to improve our services and activities.
Details of your visits to our web site, including IP address, locational data logs and communications are stored as part of google analytics and other such facilities, but they are only used to improve our services.
