Are Ozone socks mandatory?
Ozone socks are mandatory for all persons entering the parc. This is for safety on the trampolines and for hygiene reasons we don’t want people walking around in shoes, socks or bear feet
Can I wear my trampoline socks from another trampoline parc?
No sorry we do not allow this because most of the older parcs do not invest in socks with non marking soles because they cost more. Other trampoline parc socks damage and mark our trampolines and vynle padding.
Can I wear anything to jump at Ozone?
Basivcally yes you can. We only ask you remove all items from you pockets and remove anything that is sharp from your attire. For instance some belts have sharp edges, and coins are often found in the parc and can hurt if someone lands on them
How do I provide the image for my birthday cake?
Please send a JPG format image to info@ozoneparc.lu making sure to state the booking reference number so there is no confusion on who’s image it is
Can I bring crisps, snacks, a birthday cake or drinks to Ozone?
No, sorry no food or drinks can be brought into Ozone for consumption in the building. We offer a wide range of snacks, hot and cold food, birthday cakes and a wide range of drinks at Ozone. If there are allergies to be aware of please make sure you inform us. We can allow for specific items for allergic children but they must be agreed in advance. If you do bring in food we will ask you to take it away or charge a service fee for our additional clearing up responsibilities. You would not take a food to consume inside a restaurant, the same applies to Ozone.
Why is the party room not available to us when we arrive at Ozone?
Ozone changed its party structures based on customer feedback in September 2023. We provide storage for your belongings, while the party guests jump and also move these into the party room once the party group retires to the room. For those that know our old Classic party, we did provide the room for the entire length of the party, but this party only provided 60 minutes jumping and 30 minutes in the room. Now we offer 90minutes jumping and 45 minutes in the room for the same price as the old parties.
How do I see availability or book an Ozone Party?
This is done by clicking the BOOKING button. Choose the date you desire to have the party and the availability will be shown on screen. Choose one and follow the on screen instructions. You can browse and look at as many dates as you wish before choosing which party date and time to select.
Booking a party online, how many guest should I select and what if the number of guests changes?
The parties are paid for in advance as part of the booking. These advance bookings are final. If you are not sure how many guests there will be, and this is often the case, select the minimum (10) . However, be sure to inform us via email to info@ozoneparc.lu at least 5 days in advance of the party if you have more guests. Turning up with additional guests has an risk that if Ozone is full to capacity at the party time we will NOT be able to grant access to the higher number of guests. Think like its CINEMA tickets. You book a number of seats, if you turn up with extra people to watch the movie and the cinema is full they will not be able to enter.
If I forgot to order food or socks for a party booking, what can I do?
Send an email to info@ozoneparc.lu, quoting the booking reference number, stating what you would like to add. Please note Ozone socks need to be ordered 5 days before the party date to benefit from the 50% reduction offer if they are not booked with the party booking. Some food items like cheese and fruit platters can only be ordered in advance with a minimum of 3 days notice. All additional items booked this way have to be paid for in advance of the party or in the case of Ozone socks be charged at the normal price. Special food will only be catered for after payment is received for obvious reasons.

Where do I find the Ozone Waiver?

When making a booking you will be asked to sign the waiver online. The person booking signs the waiver on behalf of everyone that is included in the booking. This means a booking parent signs the waiver for the booking and it covers the children, other adults etc. The waiver document can be viewed online on our website.

For parties the same applies. The booking parent signs the waiver on behalf of all the children attending the party. In effect they sign on the basis they have taken responsibility for the children attending the party they are organising.
